Chicago has a new Master of the City. By Joey Natal
So Last night the city’s foundations shook beneath our feet. This was no earthquake people. Our Master of the City Sion stepped down. Vacating his seat of power and giving over the reins to his former lover and companion Katrina. Such a thing has never happened.
This reporter has been talking to some of the older Vampires in other cities and getting their opinions. Apparently Katrina has stepped away from Tradition. Traditionally the former master is not allowed to survive the take over because apparently the take over is normally an act of war. Or as we like to call it in wall street a Hostile take over.
This seemed to have been a prearranged Merger. Where the old Master of the City got the book and the New one eased quietly into place without the ripples normally affecting the position when it’s a hostile take over.
Now I went ahead and got some opinions from Master’s of Cities around the country. However I can not directly quote any of them. But from general opinion. This is UNHEARD of. Big emphasis on unheard. Our New Master of the City Katrina seems to be paving a new road. Which as we all know can be rife with trouble.
Hats of to our new Master of the City and many hopes that she achieves a better reign then Sion. Whom seemed to allow crime and murder make more headlines then anything else.
Well folks that’s all there is on this story. I’ll be doing an interview with our new Master and we will find out just what kind of plans she has for our dear city.
