I had initially considered speaking with your predecessor in regards to broadening the idea of what a Master of a Kiss could be. We are no longer creatures of the gloom having come into the light of public scrutiny. As such I would like to engage you in an alliance of our cities. A binding of our might to one another. My strength to yours and your interests. Yours to mine. I believe with the many precedences that you have set that you are just the person to truly see the idea for its inherent wealth.
