Kisa gathered herself after the visit of the Ulfric. The visit had been illuminating to say the least. She stood now in the foyer mulling what she knew about the disappearance of the wolf and the recent string of murders.
The coincidence of things were stacked so high that it would take a blind person to ignore the mountain of evidence. It was all conjecture yet she knew a way to find out definitively. She picked up her phone and quick dialed D'arcangelo.
"Mykael, I know you are aware of why I called..." She began as the phone was answered on the first ring. It was obvious to her that he was aware. She unlike he could not know and not do a thing. She would always act. It was one of the reasons that they could be nothing more than friends.

Mykael opened a line top call Kisa. With every thing going on in the city things were growing too chaotic. It would take a push to right things. The problem was quite simply that too much force and things would quickly teeter over the edge.
Opening the line Mykael wasn't too surprised to find Kisa already there.
"Mykael, I know you are aware of why I called..." The sound of his name focused his attention to a razor's edge. He was immediately aware of Kisa and what she could mean to him.
"Yes. Yes I do. I'm also aware of What you and yours are prepared to do. If things play out the way they are destined you will cost the city greatly."
Sadly this would have to be all business...

His voice as calm as it was said more than any thing He would actually utter. It said that he was definitively sure of what should not take place. It also said that he was doubtful that he could or should stop just that from happening.
Kisa knew more about the orders to which Mykael belonged than any non member ever should. Mykael had even taken steps to instruct her on fortifying herself against any casual observations of there members. Even with her knowledge there were enumerable mysteries that she would never know.
As information was a part of her business she found the impenatrable walls of their secrecy at times frustrating. This was one of them. He knew not only something but the one thing that would keep catastrophe from taking place and he might not reveal it.
"What do you mean? Mykael speak plainly there are concerns that I need assuaged." If he would this be business then so be it. Kisa hardened herself. As much as the act of doing so hurt her Galina needed this. So she would do whatever it took to keep what harm she could from her sister...

Standing a little straighter at the silent rebuke in Kisa's voice. The warmth that he dreaded becoming enslaved to leaking out of her voice burned him. He knew it was his doing. Conducting this call like so many other information requests was his only hope of maintaining a semblance of internal balance.
Doing so however would cost him the salve of Kisa's warmth. He knew how scathing she could be when dealing with business associates. He was much the same. It was how to best maintain a detachment form what was his bread and butter. Information was a dangerous game. It made horrible alliances of the strangest bedfellows.
Speaking into the phone Mykael shook away the feeling of loss. "It would be better if we spoke in person. Your sister needs to hear this as well... I'll pick her up from the truck and bring her with me. You may wish to have her prepared..."
