Rio slid her frame from the backseat of the taxi with the graceful easy of one well practiced in looking glamorous without thinking about it. She was dressed much as she always was in a long dress that hugged her every curve, a slit in the side from ankle to mid thigh. The dark burgundy dress made almost blue highlights appear in her raven hair and made her violet eyes stand out in relief from her alabaster face.
Turning slowly she offered the taxi driver his money and a rather large tip for getting her to the club in a speedy manner. Blood red lips smiled at the man behind the wheels as she gave a saucy wink and moved toward the front of the club. Noticing the already forming line she shook her head and walked straight to the front, meeting the bouncer head on, "I have come to meet the Master." She said nothing else but the power in voice was clearly evident and brooked no argument.
She smiled a slow sly smile as she was ushered inside the interior of the building. She didn't so much walk as she did glide across the floor, it was that innate ability of vampires, especially old ones to be able to move with such smoothness that they were almost flawless in their motion.
She moved to the area and found an empty table, letting a wisp of her power slide across the room, she would those who needed know she was here and then see what came of it. Hopefully someone would appear and take her to meet the Mast of the City so that she could give her allegiance and get on with other things that she felt were far more important.

Andrius stepped away from the hustle of the gawkers and thrill seekers. Their tickles of adoration and fear hardly an appetizer. This was horror as anastethsia. They were more excited to have walked into to the door than with what they were seeing. They'd no more know a real vampire as they would have their pet choose their dinner options. He was less than pleased asalways with the winter crowds. Most were winter tourist were singularly a step behind the rest of humanity.
Stopping before the woman vampires table he sat. Fixing her with his most engaging of smiles he said. " So pretty snarky huh all of this kitsch. Too bad there aren't any real vampires around..."

Rio felt him before she saw him, it was easy really, after all most of the room was filled with those that had nothing better to do than offer themselves up as food. This one was different, though he tried to pretend to be 'normal' he was anything but. When he causally sat down at her table and began speaking to her she returned his smile with a sensual one of her own, "Indeed, too bad. All these peopel come to see what all the fuss is about only to be disappointed, how sad for them."
She was quite content for the moment, "What happened next depended upon how she was recieved, she wasn't leaving the territory so they needed to come to some agreement that would happy, she just wanted to be here to persuade Alice to become her human servant, nothing else would work for her and neither would any other human, but that thought gave her another idea, a way that she might 'persuade' her human to capitulate to her wishes.

Andrius leaned back in his chair and crossed his legs. looking over the new vampire he detected a wealth of emotions floating just beneath her surface. They were all neat and cordoned off. It was as if they were arranged around a particular thng a need or a want. Either or both were useful prods. glancing aroundhima tthe sae ofhuman facesAndrius sighed, "I am always surprised at how getting exactly what is wanted leaves people longing for yet more. What exactly brings you here certainly you're not seeking monsters as well?"

Rio tilted her head gracefully to the side, studying the man before her in silence for a moment before answering his question, "Yes and no, No I don't seek out just an monster, I seek to speak to the Master of the City, I intend to be staying within the city and I know to do so without seeking out the Master is a death sentence."
violet eyes held nothing within their depths and her face was completely blank, she was good at that trick just as any master vampire. She had perfected it long ago. "But I do beg to differ not all of us always want more, but then not all of us are 'normal' people."

Andrius forced himself to fidget. He picked a the small mote of dust that had floated onto his pants leg. " The Master of the City..." Andrius said making the statement sound like a question. Raising an eyebrow he continued, " Normally isn't passage normally arranged beforehand...Nevermind, so are you prepared to blood oath yourself. There are things that shouldn't be discussed before you are one of the family I suppose."
Andrius stood abruptly rising to his feet in one smooth maneuver. He extended his hand to help her to her feet. " This way if you will?" the question on whether she would join the kiss couched in such a simple question. It'd always amused Andrius when vampires took his offer for a statement and his statement for an offer.

Rio met his raised eyebrow with one of her own, knowing full well that he what she wanted, he was correct though that passage was normally arranged before time, hers was a different circumstance though, even though her previous blood oath Master had given her leave to go, he had not made the arrangements with the new Master of the City. Though they probably already knew she was coming. "I'm sure the Master has heard I am here."
She placed her hand within his and stood with as much grace as he had and prepared to follow him where ever he may lead. Hopefully it would be to the Master, "I follow your lead."

Andrius raising her hand slightly as she stood Andrius escorted her through the crowd. He enjoyed her understanding of things. As he did know of her arrival. But information was power and that was something he did not share lightly. Her hand was dainty within his and immediately brought memories of another Raven haired beauty to mind. Andrius looked lightly over the city to find Sorcha and arrange an assignation.
In such contact Andrius was able to gain the full measure of her. Rio had far more potential than she let on but as she tried to allow nothing through her mask that was to be expected. As he pushed the errant thoughts from his mind Andrius reached into Katrinas mind and notified her of their newest guest. He felt her in the office finalizing the paperwork for the Adult entertainment facility she'd opened. He would have to visit and take in the sights soon...
"Very good of you to understand such things...Rionach Katrina will be happy to entertain any questions you might have. Lets meet her in the office."

Rio knew the instant he touched her that he had gotten more information than she was really willing to give but there was nothing that could be done about it now, but at the same time she had received some valuable information of her own. With an inner shrug and followed him. She was ready, or as ready as she could be to meet the Master of the City and give her allegiance.
"I know more than most people give me credit for Andrius," She cast him a sly smile, "I'm sure we shall get along famously. Lead the way good fellow, I shall follow." She was actually eager for this meeting, to get to know Katrina and the new Kiss to which she would so soon belong.

"That is a great thing Rio. A great thing indeed. There are things here in the city you will need to know after your oath is taken. A few unavoidable truths that must be gaurded with your very being." Andrius allowed his voice to fall away. He'd said just enough to pique her curiousity. That was as far as it would go for now. " Do you have any questions of the Master of the city. It is best to ask now so that you might have a full measure before your oathing." Andrius knew that asking questions was one thing that was never done but he was preparing to change the entire system to his liking at least here within the confines of Chicago...
